| IFSEA Bistro Challenge
Has anyone participated in or was in the audience of a past IFSEA Bistro Challenge? Our student team will participate in the IFSEA Bistro Challenge in Atlanta in April. We have the rules, but none of us have ever seen it in action. If you anyone who's had first hand experience in this Challenge can give advice on how the room was set up in previous years, or how to set up our station, I would be extremely grateful.
