Well, Kim and the boys have gotten everything set up at this weekends BBQ competition, and probably have the brisket on by now. They're also doing pork butts and ribs. Judging starts at 3:00 PM tomorrow.
Tomorrow at 11:00 AM, the hosts are frying up bluegill and mushrooms for the contestants. Sure wish I could be there!
This is a small one, with probably only 10-12 teams, but it will be good practice for the next one, which is sponsered by the BBQ police, and will have around 40 teams. Entry for that one is $200.
