too bad. that contest is just for home bakers... that would be a neat trip! Years ago, before I was in the business, I won 2nd prize in a Baking with Hellman's Mayonnaise contest. I got my first microwave oven as a prize.

If you feel creative, and like to bake bread, I recommend giving it a try.

Made two loaves in different shaped pans. Baked two together.
