I'm going to guess it's crispy fried pork cracklin's, aka chicharrones in the Caribbean.

Just pork skins for a lunch special???

I was thinking, it might be potato skins with pulled pork and Carolina sauce, maybe a cole slaw side. I'm intrigued, but not enough to pay their prices and they aren't really good at answering their phone...I tried.

Carolina Sauce

  • 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke (hickory flavoring)

And I'm sorry I put the kabosh on the game. Well, maybe I didn't do it. Let's blame Wheeden. Or did the Lion's defense adjust really good at halftime?
I'm out of stadium mustard at the moment. This is just Plochmans.
And I think Cleveland just remembered who they were The wind went right out of our sales after halftime.

No, I mentioned it, I was wondering if it was a team food. Since the Vikings were playing the Panthers today.

You'd have to ask Hoot. He's the one who lives on the edge of the dismal swamp, lol.

Amazing Comeback Day in Boston. First Brady brought the Pats back to beat the Saints with 5 seconds to go. Then the Red Sox fought back from a 5-1 deficit with a grand slam in the bottom of the 8th and a walk-off run for the win in the bottom of the 9th!

Lots of yelling at the Andy M. household Sunday!
