Salmon Burger
Salmon Patties:
1 pound Salmon filet, chop fine or grind
1 egg
1 minced shallot
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Mix all together and form into 4 patties and grill till done.
The Burger:
4 Large seeded (sesame) buns, toasted
1 recipe Napa Cabbage Slaw with Wasabi-Ginger Dressing
4 Salmon patties
Enjoy!
Sorry, no pictures, we did these at work today for a crowd.

FOCACCIA BURGERS
1 Lb. Ground Chuck
1 recipe of Focaccia Bread...
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese...
Fresh Basil...
Fresh Garden Tomatoes...
Basil Pesto.....
Kosher Salt....
Divide the Ground Chuck into 3 equal patties, and
grill to your desired degree of doneness...Spread the Basil Pesto liberally over the bread top and bottom..Layer on the Fresh Basil, Tomato, Burger patty, with melted Fresh Mozzarella cheese..Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.....

Here's what my basic backyard American hamburger looks like:
1) Light charcoal
2) Form patties
3) Season patties
4) Grill patties
5) Assemble burgers
6) Enjoy with family and friends :)))

That looks fantastic!! YUMMY!!
Only thing is I like a nice Kaiser roll instead of a bun.
I almost bought one of those cast iron hibachi grills.
