i think there was coconut milk. was there coconut flour?? i bought this with a recipe in mind (baking ideas primarily) but i cant find it! plus, it'd be nice to have other ideas. anyone? (glutenfree/dairy free prefered)

I have been using coconut flour for awhile now. You should be able to get it at a health food store or the natural foods sections of your supermarket. I get this brand but there are others. Not sure if it is in the US but other brands will be.

I've successfully thickened gravy with coconut flour, use it in baking for my parents who are low carb.

I've been using coconut flour for years. Here are a ton of recipes:

Not all of them use coconut flour, but many do. I've never been able to thicken gravy very well with coconut flour, though. Instead, I use another low-carb thickener, glucomannan powder, which does a great job.
