Half a jar of Alfredo, handful of pasta... what to add???

I have half a jar of Alfredo mushroom sauce and some pasta I
want to use up for a side dish tonight.

What to add to the sauce to jazz it up a bit???

Mushrooms, of course, but what else?

I was contemplating sauteing some garlic, shallots, maybe some
shredded carrot and mushrooms to add to the sauce...

Any other ideas?

Will be grilling steaks and making some lima beans too.

Sauté the mushrooms with some shallots and garlic. Add the sauce and stir to combine. Remove from the heat ans stir in a handful of grated parmagiano reggiano.

yeah, cheese!
no sundried, my wonderful wife isn't partial to them.
So I've decided to saute the mushrooms and shallots and garlic
in butter, with a splash of sherry.
Hey, I've got some black olives, they go in too!

Off to butter my steaks and do some slicing and dicing!
