Agree with others, you can chop and freeze it all in ziplocks to use for soups.

Okay, that was totally awesome! Sparks and a fire! I had to stop when my paper plate caught on fire. Shrek was awe struck and wants to check carrots!

I have some scary limp celery in my frig, and have had nightmares of electric green octopi each night for the past whole week. Some cooking experiments should never be suggested less tried.
