Herbs and Smoothies

MINT MINT and MINT. I could also see a nice icee with pureed peaches, apricots and maybe some cayenne and lime. You'll have to play with the amounts and see what works for you. Cilantro would also be interesting with peaches and some ice, maybe some coconut milk.
 
Yes, mint would be excellent for fruit smoothies. I like a little bit of ground coriander as well, but tastes are different and many of the herb containers give tips about what that specific herb goes well with, I learned by reading those, experimenting, and asking questions on this forum :)
