How about Peanut Butter Thumbprint cookies? You make the peanut butter cookies, make a dent in each with your thumb and fill in the dent with jelly. Wa-la! PB and J cookies!

Off the top of my head, I would say you've got the ingredients to make peanut butter cookies. You can try the ingredients search on this site:

Allrecipes - Ingredient Search

just plug in what you have and do a search. It should bring up a list of recipes.

Thanks very much!

I ended up making pancakes which were more like crumpets then had a peanutbutter and golden syrup topping with some strawberries

They were very nice!

I will try doing peanutbutter cookies soon
