There's an old Hunts or Wesson recipe I used to have that called for steak sauce and tomatoes and it was served over noodles ... let me know if that tickles your fancy and I will dig out the cookbook (something about backs of boxes, jars, and so on). Tasty!

How about meatball soup?

Are they fresh, cooked, frozen ... ???

We had meatballs and spaghetti tonight, but I still have a baggie with more meatballs..DH has already put in an order for a meatball sub tomorrow for lunch..He likes a good sized soft roll, split, add meat balls, some cooked onion rings, shredded lettuce a mix of mayo, mustard and a little horseradish, mashed avocado, and provolone cheese, wrap in foil and heat til cheese melts and the meatballs are hot thorough out and enjoy..

I like meatballs in pita pockets with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, & sliced cucumbers w tzatziki sauce (yogurt/dill/lemon juice) drizzled over the top.

Other ideas:

Meatballs & cheesy baked ziti
Meatball pizza (cut the meatballs in half or quarters)
Meatball calzones
Meatball pot pie
Meatball soup

This looks delish:

BBQ Meatballs:

2 cups ginger ale
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (I like KC Masterpiece)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine ginger ale, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are done (40 to 45 minutes).

You could always make a curry sauce, reheat them them in the curry and serve with rice.

meatball soup, meatball on pizza. If meatballs are small , you can use it right on the pizza, if meatballs are larger, you can slice them in half . Meatball in macaroni and cheese.
