Potatoes, ham, cheese

3/4 cup cubed good quality cheddar cheese
1 and 1/2 cups cubed smoked ham
4 cups of cubed potatoes

The potatoes are on the stove w/water, to cook.
What can I make with these?
What should I add?
Should I bake it like a casserole or just mix them and eat?
How would you spice it up a bit?

Saute the potatoes and ham in a heavt skillet with some onion and peppers if you have them. Toss with the cheese when done. A skillet ham and home fries dinner.

You need to add either eggs to make a binder for a bake or and omlette.

Sounds very good to me. Here is what I would do is add a little mustard to the dish and posible a few capers to give it some zing.
