Jeez Beth I think the only thing i've ever had with smoked tuna was a dip... Hmmm makes one think about the possibilities, if I come up with something clever i'll let you know...

Beth ,
I love it as is with crackers. You might take a little and make a sandwich with it,
I dont' care for it heated. If I think of anything else I'll let you know.

well, maybe, the tuna salad wasn't quite so mundane?

i needed to go buy some jelly jars to put up more wild black raspberry jam so I picked up a box of triscuts

UB, the dressing idea looks good, thanks, cept' I dislike dill so I will leave that out and maybe do extra parsley, or not..

think I'm all set...thanks for the ideas..

Yeah...Leave the dill out...extra parsley would be good...Just something mild...don't want to mask/hide the flavor of the smoked fish....Maybe on some Triscuts... whilst sippin on a bit of bourbon...
