Smoked tuna

Jeez Beth I think the only thing i've ever had with smoked tuna was a dip... Hmmm makes one think about the possibilities, if I come up with something clever i'll let you know... :):):)

I love it as is with crackers. You might take a little and make a sandwich with it,
I dont' care for it heated. If I think of anything else I'll let you know.

well, maybe, the tuna salad wasn't quite so mundane?:LOL:

i needed to go buy some jelly jars to put up more wild black raspberry jam so I picked up a box of triscuts

UB, the dressing idea looks good, thanks, cept' I dislike dill so I will leave that out and maybe do extra parsley, or not..:cool:

think I'm all set...thanks for the ideas..

Yeah...Leave the dill out...extra parsley would be good...Just something mild...don't want to mask/hide the flavor of the smoked fish....Maybe on some Triscuts... whilst sippin on a bit of bourbon...:ermm:

I'll have to try the tuna with a sip of bourbon, or whiskey, or whisky;)

unfortunately it hurts dh's tummy so he will get his tuna straight

he gets back tomorrow so will break out the tuna tomorrow evening:)
