Tons of Cream!

You can whip about 2 cups of it with a pkg of vanilla pudding. Add some conf sugar to taste and viola! You've got a great mock pastry cream to use in roll cakes, napoleans, layer cakes, strawberry shortcakes, cream puffs/eclairs....etc!!!
 
you can add cream to lots of dishes for richness, especially potatoes & casseroles. or make butter- just pour into a jar, shake till whey seperates out, then rinse under water pressing your butter till clear, then mix with salt.
