A bunch of flat leaf parsley tossed with a drop or two of diswashing liquid should do the trick, both visually and gustatorily

I have the same problem with cilantro. I live in Germany and the store that I do all my shopping in does not carry it.
I always have to go into the city to get it.

It's a pain but it's worth it. (I like cilantro)
