I'm working on a new recipe for pulled pork using infused olive oil.
How it's going to be cooked is still undecided.Smoked, oven, crockpot...

2 depends on weather and my neighbor (yep her) again..

Anyways I'm out of Apple cider vinegar. Would balsamic vinegar do as a decent sub? I do also have regular and rice vinegar on hand.

The olive oil I'm going to use is Green chili.

Thankies

Munky.

In the absence of cider vinegar I'd be inclined to use white wine vinegar. Balsamic might be a bit too sweet and "in your face".
