The rice wine vinegar is great and very healthy for us too, so is the apple cider one. The rice one is a more subtle taste, depends what you want to go for. The white vinegar is not allowed in my food at all.
They use some nasty chemical processing to make it white, you see. That is why someone posted about using it to clean the carpet.
