Smile Corn Starch ?

Is their any thing else I can use instead of cornstarch ...Recipe already calls for flour ... I am making butterscotch pudding ?

You don't have/use cornstarch of flour? You better git yourself stocked! I would go with gadzooks-arrowroot.

Everything depends upon where and how the flour/cornflour is to be used. What is the recipe? Is it for a milk pudding or a steamed pudding or what?
