Around here (where they do carry it) it is with the regular flour, not the ethnic section.

In the Stop and Shop I go to they have it with the Hispanic foods, not the flour. But the Stop and Shop is always crazily re-organizing, so who knows where it is now.

beginner_chef: I would not sub something else in that recipe.
 
I noticed in our store it's in three places. There's this section next to produce that has it, there's this section that isn't the "hispanic" section that has the salsa and stuff but has the packaged spices, Goya products, and what not that has it, and then it's in the flour section so a total of three sections have the Mesa flour.
