Hi. Heating honey can destroy some of the healthy components, but that's not the same as making it unhealthy. In any case, it's primarily a sugar, not a health food. See this page for more info:

Thanks GotGarlic, meanwhile I've read up on this issue and it seems that heating it above 36 degrees Celcius kills essentials enzyms as well as other nutrients.
