I'm definitely cooking the noodles. Slightly undercooked but cooked.

My fear is the recipe calls for fresh tomatoes and fresh don't have juice. I've never made red sauce for any pasta dish. The big problem is I've bought everything, I can't go back now.

Calli,
fresh will juice up as they cook, if you are worried about the juice, drain it set it aside and add it a little at a time if you feel your sauce is getting to thick..If you don't use it. freeze and add it to some soup...

Thank you!!! I guess the stress has gotten to me because I never thought of something that simple.

You're not alone, I just had to send an unhappy DH out to buy my daughter another watch..He lost the one i picked up for her..The man has just gotten into everything since I was sick and I've got to sit on him now to keep him out of things...YEESH, oh well it's only HIS money this go round!!!
