Unflavored Gelatin: Sheets to Envelopes?

A recipe calls for 3 unflavored gelatin sheets or leaves, but all I have are gelatin envelopes with powder in them, at 1/4 oz. per envelope. How do I substitute the sheets for the powder?

The conversion is four sheets equals an envelope of powder.

There is some variation in conversion factors.
