I just made a cake with Eggs and Milk. I have it in a cake container and it ok to keep on the counter or should I put it in the Fridge

Never refrigerate cake unless it has whip cream frosting, it makes it hard. What kind of frosting does your cake have?

Sponge cakes have to be refrigerated or they will mold. I believe it depends upon the kind of cake.
If not eaten soon enough, even the cake described above can mold.
