Question Can I Use This Ricotta?

I have a sealed, refrigerated container of ricotta cheese dated use by 28 Aug 2015. I just opened it an it smells OK. Would you use it in a recipe?

So do let us know how it all turned out. I love spinach. Even with ricotta.

If you opened the package and did not get a gushing of fetid air then everything is OK. Good by dates and sell by dates are useless. Use your nose and your common sense.

This should answer your question.
