How long can my salad sauce with garlic be stored?

I make a salad vinaigrette type sauce with olive oil, cider vinegar, onions, mustard, lemon, basil and lots of garlic cloves which I blend to a puree form. I have read about the dangers of storing freshly crushed garlic specifically with regards to botulism. Can anyone tell me how long it can be safely stored in the fridge?
