Hi guys this is my first time making roasted pumpkin seeds and I was just wondering what the best method is to safely store them and how long they can be kept. If it makes any difference I did take them directly out of the pumpkin, didn't buy them at the store.

If you dry roasted them they will last longer. Oil goes rancid pretty quick.
Keep them dry and in an airtight container. They should last a few days or even weeks if it's not too hot. If you're planning on using them for a long time you can freeze or refridgerate them. They last 2 or 3 months that way.
