I strain my oil through a coffee filter. Or you can use cheese cloth. You can use it again. But keep it in the fridge. Once it has been used, it should be kept in a cool, dark place. Do not store oil that has been heated about 375ºF. At high temps the chemical balance will break down and will tend to go rancid quickly.
