Much better! You could use even more soil, get it to about an inch below the lip of the pot. They'll be fine as is, but will dry out quickly. Looks like you put a little thyme in too.

If I use more soil should I put t over the bottom leaves or should I take out the plants and plant them higher up

You'd be fine either way, I would take them out and plant them higher up. Just put in more soil, dig a little hole, poke them back in, and cover the hole back in with dirt around the roots. Pat around the plants, water, and you're done.
