Garlic sprouting in the fridge?

Heads up! If you have garlic sprouting in the fridge. You can plant these about now as long as your planting area is thawed out. For us in 4b, we are JUST thawed. Your garlic will be ready in July August. It won't be HUGE, it will be good enough to eat.

Optimal planting for garlic is in the fall but you can plant it early early in the spring and still get some bulbs before fall.

My garlic beds are only an inch tall right now. They were covered in snow last week.
