Insect on my daylily

I'm not sure if this is a cricket or grasshopper.

Kind of looks like a small praying mantis. But the front legs are kind of off. I guess a cricket?

Looks like a katydid nymph. We have a lot of these in PA where I live.

I'm gonna go with a grasshopper. Crickets, I believe are black, maybe dark brown. I have never seen a katiedid, so, I can't discount that one.

Is it eating leaves?
