Fiesta Fast Tacos!
1 pkg taco shells
1 lb ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
3/4 cup salsa
1 can fiesta corn
seasoning salt to taste
Heat taco shells according to package. Brown meat in pan then drain. Add tomatoes and salsa, cook over medium heat 7-10 mins.Add corn and seasoning salt, continue to cook until slightly thickened.
Spoon into shells and top with favorite topping, sour cream, cheese,avocado, lettuce ect.
*May seem simple but very flavorful!!
