This is very versatile. You can take and add all you want. The base though would be the tomatoes and meat. This will cost approx $ $6.00-$9 depending on the meat you use and it will feed 4 adults easily.

1 1/2 lb Ground beef, chuck, steak, chicken, whatever ($3.00+ depending on what meat)
1 Pkg.Egg noodles ($1)
Large can Stewed Tomatoes ($1.50- $2.00)
Large can Tomato Sauce ($1.00 - $2.00)

Brown meat. Boil noodles. Combine and add tomoates and sauce. Add salt and pepper and some garlic powder. Add anything in the way of veggies that you like. Celery, okra, corn, etc...
Voila, a meal in one pot

I like goulash. My mother always used large shell pasta and added chopped green peppers, so that's what I do now. The hamburger is a little chunkier as opposed to meat sauce for spaghetti.
Good stuff!

I don't know about feeding four people though..... :pig:

Goulash. It's what's for dinner.
