Hamburger Gravy on Toast - Cheap, fast and easy

After all this talk about SOS, I had to have some or a variation of some. We had Gourmet SOS last night, and it was really pretty good.

1/2 lb ground meat sauteed with about 1/2 onion
salt/pepper
splash of worcestershire
1 can cream of mushroom soup
about 1/2 cup of heavy cream
about 1/4 cup of sour cream
splash of worcestershire
some sherry

Had it over egg noodles. Gourmet SOS, it isn't pretty, but it is pretty darn tasty. Second thought, maybe this is more of a poor man's stroganoff???
