Our mother used to take a whole grain roll and cut in half.
Spread tomatoe paste or all natural tomatoe sauce on top.
Sprinkled with low fat mozarella cheese.
Sometime topped with pepper or italian seasoning.
Put in toaster oven and cook for 5-7 minutes. Voiala!
