"One of those days" chicken
These recipes are from a cookbook my elementary school made Sounded very budget friendly to me!

"One of those days" chicken

1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 cut up frying chicken
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 14 oz container chicken broth

Place rice in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add chicken pieces. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Spoon on cream of soup directly from can. Pour chicken brothcarefully all over. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hrs.

"When you have no desire to cook this tasty casserole is a life saver!".....Says my third grade teacher
