I found what sounds like a delicious salad recipe from Williams Sonoma. The salad consists of Edamame, Avocado, Tomato, and Corn with Romaine. It is served with a lime vinaigrette. I've decided that I want to add chicken to the salad for a little more protein.

Any recommendations on how to prepare the chicken for the salad? Should I do a lime chicken to complement the dressing, or should I just do a simple grilled chicken with salt and pepper?

Looking to any advice!

Thanks

The lime chicken might be too much like the salad flavor, so how about something that compliments it? It sounds kinda southwestern, so maybe a simple grilled chicken that is seasoned (dry or marinade) using cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder...
