Graduation Sandwich

Time: 15-30 mins

Ingredients :

Bread 1 loaf
Eggs 4 (boiled and chopped)
Cheese 100g
Butter
Pepper and Salt to taste.

Method :
  1. Cut the sides of the bread and apply butter finely on one side of the slice.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Apply the paste on the bread slice and roll it gently.
  4. Then, carefully tie a thin ribbon in the center of the rolled bread.
Note:
The paste can also be done with mashed potatoes with pepper and salt added to it.

That is a really neat idea, Vickie!

You could make a platter of them, with different fillings, for a graduation party!

Thanks for posting!
