Quick and Delicious Chicken Nachos

This is a quick recipe that can have many variations according to taste:

Tortilla Chips
Canned white meat chicken mixed with salsa
A can of refried beans
Chopped Tomatos
Top with any shredded cheese of your choice

Bake on 350 until cheese is melted and chips are slightly brown. (Appx 15 mins)

You can add any of your favorite toppings:

Jalapeno's
Black or green olives
Onions

Serve with gucamole and sour cream if desired.

Prep Time: Under 10 mins

^ Nice, quick and easy, and perfect after a long day. Thanks for that. I'll settle for those Jalapenos to liven things up a bit. Oh, and welcome to DC, sorry I missed your welcome thread.

Kasia, I'm sorry I don't have any photo's of the nachos. It's been a while since I've made them, but wanted to contribute something that I've found to be a quick, filling meal or snack on the fly.
