Anyone like meads?
I guess it belongs in wine, since its made like wine only using a honey mash in place of fruit juice.

Personally, I love meads... my drink of choice. I like the ones where they are very smooth, but still have the flavor of the honey come through.

I especially like good meads that are mulled with cinnamon and sweetbriar (green shoots of raspberry vine)

My husband made some mead several years back,a honey mead and it was very good.A cinnamon mead sounds most excellent,di you make it or buy it?

The only time I've had mead was when we were in Ireland, and it was wonderful I haven't thought to look for it here. I should do that. Thanks for the idea.
