Sambuca is great for a few cafe corretto.

Yes, and I like it also with some ice cubes and "con la mosca" as we say, literally "with the fly" (the insect...), which is with a few coffee beans added, usually 3, to be crunched while you drink it.

Even numbers are supposed to be bad luck. I thought ice makes some Sambuca cloudy.

Yep, you usually get 1 or 3 or 5 beans in your sambuca, for that reason.
And yes it can get cloudy, but mine doesn't: but I'm a quick sipper...
