Is anyone else seeing this PBS program on their local stations? I have only started seeing it in the past couple of weeks, but what a wonderful program! It's all about eating local and sustainable farming/harvesting. There are some great recipes out of the few shows I've seen. The chefs that are in the programs are quite familiar (from a celebrity standpoint), but they are eating from their own back yards or in areas where the native culture maintains a sustainable food source. It's almost like the American version of Jamie Oliver. Just wondering if anyone else is watching this and what your thoughts are. My opinion of it is obvious.
