Does anyone remember?

several years ago there was a grilling show on food network staring bobbly flay and another chef who owned a resturant. i can't remember the shows name, or the other guys name. all i remember about the other guy is i think his resturant had the word firehouse in it. it was a summer replacement show. it is driving me crazy what that guys name was and what the name of that show was. it may have been "grilling and chilling" but i am not sure. he was heavier than bobby and had an accent. the show was filmed outside and had water in the background. it may have been bobby or the other guys home backyard. bobby used his big gas grill and the other guy used coal or hard wood BBQ. can any one help me out? it's driving me crazy!!
