Hell's Kitchen or Top Chef?

If you were given a chance to join one of these, which would you choose? I think I would go for Hell's Kitchen. I like the way the chef's were trained by Gordon Ramsey there, with the pressure and all. How about you?

I wouldn't be terribly interested in being fodder for Chef Potty Mouth's insults on HK, but that $250,000 winner's choice might make it worth it......
