But does it have the chew longevity of traditional style jerky? The cuts are what makes a good, long lasting jerky. using ground meat, I just don't see it lasting NEAR as long as traditional cuts. . .call me silly, but one thing I love about great jerky, is the fact it lasts in the mouth. Like non-smoker Meat chaw. My boys out at Green Light jerky
have it down, and I LOVE the fact I can chaw on it for 30min or more.
