I might have found a copy of the NEVCO manual - it may be about a week before I know for sure ... and will probably take another week-10 days to get it - if I can. This is for the NEVCO model with the top and bottom adjustable vents.

Hi, abergren. Welcome to DC. A "PM" is a "private message." If you look at top right portion of your screen, just under the DC logo, you will see your name, the last time you visited DC, and something that says "Private Messages." That's where you look to see if you have any.

To send one to Michael, all you have to do is to go to his post, click on his name. That will produce a drop-down menu. One of the entries on the menu is "send a private message to Michael in FtW." Click on that and the rest will be self-explanatory.

Hope this helps and don't be a stranger to DC. This is a fun site with lots of friendly and helpful members.

I have a Nevco brand food dehydrator instruction booklet and would be happy to share it with you. The marinade recipe is the best we've ever used!

Help! I just joined this site and have no idea how to use any part of it!! But I saw this message and I too need a copy of this instruction book. What do I do now?

What happened to all of your manuals? I think its a plot! A plot I say!
