3 cup chicken - taiwanese dish consists of

1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c rice wine
6 basil or w/e leaves - the ones that come with pho
First mix up the soy sauce sugar and rice wine
So. in a pan pour a little oil and put in sliced up chicken and let it cook, then stir around and add in the mixture and stir the chicken around and let it simmer for awhile. Then add in the basil and let it simmer then voila.
