ARTICHOKE CHICKEN ... Tried & True
1 can (14oz) water packed artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
3/4c. grated parmesan cheese
dash garlic powder
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
Combine artichokes, cheese, mayo and garlic powder. Place chicken in a greased 11x7x2" dish. Spread with artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
NOTE: Do NOT substitute reduced fat or fat free mayonnaise in this recipe
