Baked Sesame Chicken rec

Having this tonight, thought I'd share..It's easy
Makes four large servings or 8 small

4-boneless breasts (8 half breasts)
2-tea. oriental sesame oil
1/4 c. sherry
3/4-c. sour cream
1-cup crushed saltine crackers plus 3-tea. sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400
pat chicken dry. Blend oil and sherry, and brush chicken on both sides with the mix. Next coat chicken with the sour cream, on both sides then roll in the cracker-sesame crumbs. Place on a greased cooking sheet...Bake 25 to 30 min. I watch this closely, nothing worse then dried up chicken, I sometimes cook at a lower temp for a tad longer...
ENJOY

ps..I only said easy not that it wasn't messy

This is really different (which is something I am looking for, as I need to eat more chicken and I get tired of it fast). I will definitely be trying this one.
