Balsamic Soy-Glazed Chicken

I found this recipe in Gourmet magazine in the December issue. It's a TNT but instead of chicken wings I used chicken breast that I cut up into strips and then cut the strips into pieces similar to that of stir fry. I thought it was AMAZING. The first time I tried it I didn't reduce it enough but it still came out great. I hope those that try it, like it.

Sounds great. Would probably add a tad of freshly ground ginger, think it would work well.

Just my take on it, God bless.

We're gonna have a appetizer dinner, chicken wings, veggies and dip, meatballs, and cheese ball. These wings seem delicious, something different from traditional buffalo wings. I'll let you know how they turn out. Thanks for posting this recipe!!!
